Home Forward is now taking applications for two rent assistance waitlists! The application opens on Tuesday, April 15th at 9:00 a.m. and closes on Monday, April 21st at 11:59 p.m. Pacific Time.

The two rent assistance waitlists are for:

  • The "Section 8" or Housing Choice Voucher (HCV) program

  • 13 Home Forward apartment communities (property-based waitlists)

These programs can help individuals afford rent, but there aren’t enough resources for everyone. That’s why there are wait lists.

The application is available in English, Spanish, Somali, Russian, and Vietnamese.
