Eligibility

Eligibility for brokerage services is based on your eligibility for developmental disability services, which is determined by Oregon’s Office of Developmental Disabilities Services (ODDS) and your local Community Developmental Disabilities Program (CDDP) through the county you live in. Find out if you are eligible for brokerage services by contacting your local Community Developmental Disability Program.

You are eligible for brokerage services if you:

• Are an Oregon resident,

• Are 18 years of age or older,

• Have a documented intellectual or developmental disability,

• Live in your own home or family home in the community.
