Assisting people with disabilities to live empowered, self-determined lives through community connections.

Vision

Community Pathways is excited to be growing as an organization. We partner several other nonprofits to form the Seven Corners Community Collaborative in southeast Portland. Together, we aim to be a centralized hub of information, support, and advocacy for Oregonians experiencing developmental disabilities. 

We have increased the number of personal agents on our staff, which allows us to support and serve more individuals who experience a developmental disability in the Portland Metro area.

We currently serve over 500 individuals. While we are at full capacity, openings do become available each month. Please contact us to learn more about how we can support you.
